The Halen XFR 200 flow reactor is our flagship product. Engineered, manufactured and sourced from our reputable flow technology partner in Asia, this plate-type flow reactor features a split-and-recombine serpentine microchannel, and thanks to its plate design, it can accommodate a broad range of reactor volumes, making it ideal for process development and up to production scale. The proprietary space-filling design ensures maximum efficiency of the exposed surface area, optimizing the surface-to-volume ratio while maintaining a minimal footprint. 

The plate-type flow reactor can be operating as a steady-state or as an oscillatory flow mode. The latter guarantees excellent mixing regardless of the required residence time, making it ideal for reactions involving precipitates or slurry phases. The reactor can be easily disassembled for cleaning validation, ensuring GMP compliance. The Halen XFR 200 flow reactor is a proven solution, representing a significant advancement in scalability, efficiency, and sustainability for the pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries.
